Cañon del Atuel
DESCRIPTION
In the south of our Province we found a beautiful formation called the Atuel Canyon.
- We´ll cross the Uco Valley until San Rafael, to enjoy the most amazing landscapes as the Nihuil Dam, the hydroelectric complex, Valle Grande, the greatest walls inside the canyon and finally the city.
PROGRAM
Thursdays and Sundays from 07 to 21 hs.
Details of the tour
On route to the south of Mendoza we´ll stop in Valle de Uco to have breakfast and we continue to San Rafael. In Dique Nihuil we´ll learn about the function of the waters of the Atuel River and the Hidroelectric central “Los Nihuiles”. We´ll have approximmately 40 kilometers inside this incredible natural formation to see the different attractions. Finally, we´ll arrive to Valle Grande, besides the river to have lunch and enjoy some adventures activities (optional). In this tour we have only guide in spanish.
